Here’s a link to an hour long presentation I gave on creativity at the Santa Clara University for a group of graduate students in the emerging and important field of positive psychology. I was invited by Dr. Shauna Shapiro, an internationally recognized teacher and advocate for mindfulness in all aspects of life.
The presentation contains valuable information on the view of creativity and, towards the end of the hour, I give a list of resources that have been helpful to me in my own exploration of creativity. And for those interested, my talk is followed by a student talk on forgiveness, which I found to be really powerful.
Since the lecture was filmed using the university’s media service, you will need Microsoft Silverlight Plugin to check out the video. Go here to get the plug in.
