The creative universe that has given rise to the world as we know it, is dynamic, interdependent, and deeply mysterious.  In this series of one minute videos, I invite you to slow down and return for a moment to the Ground of Creativity, the Ground of Creativity that supports the world we experience, the Ground of Creativity that is always at play, the Ground of Creativity  that has given rise to each and every one of us.

In this clip, filmed at the Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, the oldest of the multi-celled organism on our planet, an organism with no brain or central nervous system, an organism that rides along on the oceanic currents and propels itself by simple locomotion,  an organism with a translucent body that glows in the light, the jellyfish floats across the screen with the hypnotic presence of a dream sequence, their elegant movements contrasted with the cacophony of  conversations in the background, conversation held among organism with the most advanced brain and nervous systems known on the planet.  Ride the creative tension between the old and the new, savoring the contrast between the earliest of non-single celled organisms (coming into being some 500-700 million years old) and the first conscious self-aware beings on the planet, humans (coming into being around 150 thousand years ago). Creativity is never ending!
