Last week, I spent 4 nights in the former home of the president of Nicaragua, a home that has since been converted into a hotel and chocolate museum.
During our stay, my wife and my two daughters took a course in the history of chocolate, and had the opportunity to make 4 different types of chocolate, types that paralleled the history of chocolate through the influence of the Mayan, Aztec, and European cultures.
I had no idea how impactful eating my own, homemade chocolate bar would have on me. But it was quite the experience.
In this video I explore the reason why, and how that why relates to living a creative life.
